    TAKE BATH AT LEAST TWICE A DAY &TO AVOID BODY ODOUR USE GOOD BRANDED DEOS & TACLS.WASH YOUR FACE AT REGULAR INTERVALS TO AVOID BEING GREASY & DONOT USE HEAVY MAKEUPS DURING THE DAYTIME

    one should avoid heavy eating spcecially non-veg at resturants n oily food like chole bhature n all.In summers one should drink as much water n friuts one can . dis will not only help to reduce weight bt it will make u feel light n gud in summers..one thing more not all drinks r gud for our health. one can drink “aam-panha n lemon water “in great quantity. along with all seasonal friuts.

    Did you really suggest drinking beer to hydrate? That’s very very wrong and very bad – any alcoholic beverage contributes to dehydration.

    somebody tell me hot beat the heat!!i know the precautions to be taken for not getting dehydrated but nobody here is really mentioning things to BEAT THE HEAT!!
