Google PageRank for Warez site ?

PhazeDDL is one of a Famous Warez Search Site that indexes all the Warez site. One can say its a google of warez site, but while visiting that page, i found that google gives page rank for that site, it has given 5/10 for that warez site. Its a Suprise that google gives page rank even for a warez site. Not only PR but when i tried to find all the index pages of this site via google it returned about 29,000 results in 0.05 seconds. The results are as follows

Phazeddl fulldownloads, games, warez & movies, NOD32 Anti-virus v2.51, AVG Anti-virus, Logi XML, Nero Ultra Edition 7.0.1, EMS Data Generator etc..

And the Funniest Thing is Google helps you find warez easily just type the following keyword in google searchbox

site:phazeddl.com software name

Example site:phazeddl.com norton, site:phazeddl.com mcafee…

LastWeek you might have heard an article that google indexes microsoft protected pages but it not indexes protected pages but also helps users to find warez… Google must take some steps to prevent this..
